About The Business

I love prospecting but didn't have the time until now.  I recently retired from law enforcement, so had the idea of getting out there and opening the properties up to the public, but too much legal crap, soI closed

the business portion down, now it's jus for family

and friends.

Bigtfoot Searching

I have been interested in Bigfoot since I was younger and had my experience in Oregon. I'm not hunting, for big foot but if he or she is out there I want a clear photograph or better, a video. Is anyone else interested?

I will be filming on the properties that I prospect on below depending on the weather of course.


All of these properties are undeveloped and are in the wild outdoors. I say this because there are dangerous animals and reptiles that can hurt or kill you, so understand that if you go to the properties for camping or prospecting, you do so at your own risk.  Which will be on the authorization documents. Also, no class A, RVs, and no dumping black or gray tanks on sites.


Hopefully, my website (Prospecting With Cashrainbow) on Youtube will be operational soon.  There I will show what equipment, I use for prospecting or camping this might be useful to someone just starting.  I'll also have items that might be useful in dealing with the above dangers.  Oh, don't forget about the worst danger, other people.  I have a caretaker that checks on the properties and I will also be prospecting on all the land at various times, so maybe I'll see you there.


 All the properties will be available, for sale at a later time, and at a reasonable and honest price of course, except for the Oregon, and Florida,  properties.

I take 4Patriots with me on my prospecting trips, not as regular eating foods, but in case of an emergency.  I don't take the heavy duty plastic container they come in, but take about (2) weeks worth.  They last years, water proof and are packaged very out-door friendly.
