These are the conditions for everyone wanting to camp out, or boondock. The 

caretakers will have access to almost all the properties and they are in (12) different states.  If you happen to be in one of the caretakers, it's not a job, you just check on the land and because of that, I give you authorization to camp out, so you would just do what my present caretaker does, when she is in the areas, she contacts me before hand and then sends 2 photos while on the land. She announces that she is staying on the property at her own risk, on her Youtube Channel, it's kind of like, if she needs a place to camp out for a few days. Actually, she does stay close to the properties in Colorado, so she and friends camp out, for a few days. Basically, I'm saying there is no requirements that the caretaker  ever checks unless they need a place to hang out, for a few.days of longer. 

women only that are living in their cars, vans or travel trailers. I have females friends that tell me how hard it is to find a safe place to camp out, for a few days, and I'm concerned for their safety and women in general. There are conditions which is as follows: 

You camp or boondock at your own risk because the properties are vacant wilderness depending on which one. You have to have a Youtube channel, and announce that you are staying on Cashrainbow's Prospecting property as an acquaintance, and at your own risk. Then contact me when you have done this, so I can record it, for legal reasons.

 If you are interested email me so we can start communicating and, if things go well, I'll provide the GPS directions and my cell phone number.  Some of the properties available are listed below, but not all are available at this time, and no dumping black water.

I should start this offer soon, maybe by May 20, 2023. I do have a care taker that visits the properties, so I would need to know when you are there and when you have departed, so she won't call the Sheriff's department.  The longest a person can stay on the lands is limited so I'll let you know, but 3 days straight is not a problem, this is because I have to follow the codes/rules of that county, but you can return after a couple of weeks, not all but some.
